SprintPrep runs two syllabuses: the Ghana WASSCE curriculum and the Cameroon GCE Ordinary Level curriculum. The rule is the same on both - payments are not refundable - but who processes the payment and how you reach us differ, so each is spelled out below.
SprintPrep does not offer refunds, chargebacks or “change of mind” returns on any subscription payment. Once a charge is captured and the subscription period is granted, the fee is not returned — whether or not you open the platform during that period.
SprintPrep sells access to digital content for a fixed period. The content is available the moment payment clears; there is no physical product to return. Processing a refund after access has been granted would mean paying the transaction fee twice for content that was already available to read.
If you paid and your account still shows free access — a locked summary, a “Subscribe” button where content should be, or a “no active subscription” message after a successful payment — that is an access issue, not a refund issue, and we will fix it.

We will verify the transaction on our side and extend your access to match what you paid for. In most cases this is resolved within one business day through the admin panel.
If you see two charges on your bank, card or Mobile Money statement for a single subscription purchase, send us both transaction references and we will credit the extra period to your account rather than returning the money — this gives you the access you already paid for, without the delay of a reversal.
Ghana — WASSCE: charges go through Paystack, on MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash or AT Money. Send us the Paystack reference shown in your confirmation SMS or email if you have it.
Cameroon — GCE Ordinary Level: charges go through Paystack by card (Visa or Mastercard) and appear on your statement in Ghana Cedis, converted from CFA francs by your own bank. Send us the Paystack reference from the confirmation email you received. A refund goes back along the card it came from; the franc amount your bank returns is converted at their rate on the day of the refund, which may differ from the rate on the day you paid.
Email badmus.projects@gmail.com with the subject line “Access issue” or “Duplicate charge” and the details above. We handle every report in the order it arrives.
